Bedgebury Pinetum

Bedgebury Pinetum, situated in the High Weald of Kent, currently has the world’s largest collection of temperate conifers on one site anywhere in the world. The diversity of colour and form of the conifers is amazing and there are 91 rare or endangered species being cared for as part of Bedgebury’s worldwide conservation effort. The Pinetum is a haven of tranquillity and peace set in beautiful parkland with lakes, streams, rolling hills and wide avenues. Every season has its own charm: a fall of snow creates a winter wonderland, there are carpets of bluebells flanked by magnificent rhododendrons and azaleas in spring; acres of wild flowers in summer, and shrubs and trees giving autumn colour, all set against the backdrop of the stunning conifers.
