World famous for its magnificent conifers, flowering trees and shrubs, Benmore Botanic Garden is steeped in history and surrounded by dramatic scenery. Its 150 acres feature as a spectacular Avenue of Giant Redwoods, some of the tallest trees in Britain, as well as over 250 species of rhododendrons. A range of trails including 'Wonder at your feet', highlighting endangered Scottish native plants leads through hillside woodlands to a dramatic viewpoint overlooking the Eachaig Valley and Holy Loch. Enjoy some home baking at the James Duncan Café and remember to search for great gifts and plants from the Botanics Shop on your way home.
